Dietary Menu is an online tool for you to create and share allergen menus. Instead of keeping costly printed versions of allergen menus, think of Dietary Menu as an electronic replacement whilst providing a better customer experience. You can use it as a central hub for your allergen info and share it across multiple platforms.
We always recommend providing WiFi passwords if you have on-site WiFi. In the unlikely event that no data or WiFi is available or a customer doesn't have a smart device, a staff member can bookmark your allergen link on their device and show the customer, or use a company device such as an iPad. Failing that, you can use a printed backup copy.
After you set up your menu, we'll send you a link to choose how you wish to pay. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Revolut Pay or Direct Debit (Recommended). We'll then automatically debit your payment source every month, no need to do anything. We'll send you a renewal receipt so you can reclaim VAT.
Contact us and we can organise the setup and change your plan. If you are downgrading, the change will go into effect at the end of your billing period. If you're upgrading, we can either change your plan immediately or at the end of your billing period. If you decide to switch straight away, we'll credit the remaining period you have left on your existing plan.
Just get in touch with us at support@dietarymenu.com and we'll process it for you. You will still have access to our software until the end of your billing period. If you're on our free trial, we won't bill you and will deactivate your account.
