What is Dietary Menu?

Dietary Menu is an online tool for you to create and share allergen menus. Instead of keeping costly printed versions of allergen menus, think of Dietary Menu as an electronic replacement whilst providing a better customer experience. You can use it as a central hub for your allergen info and share it across multiple platforms.

How do I get started?

Just click on the 'Start My Free Trial' button on the top righthand corner of our website. Then fill out the form and we'll be in touch to get you set up and familiar with our software.

How long will it take to set up?

Our software is easy-to-use and is ready to go as soon as you have uploaded your menu. For smaller chains or single-venue businesses you should be ready to go on Day 1. For larger chains, it might take it a little longer.

Question 4

How do I share my menu?

Accepted Answer

You can create a QR code or direct customers to a link. They can then view your menu on their device. No log in or app required.

Question 5

What if my customers don't have a smart device or are struggling for data connection?

We always recommend providing WiFi passwords if you have on-site WiFi. In the unlikely event that no data or WiFi is available or a customer doesn't have a smart device, a staff member can bookmark your allergen link on their device and show the customer, or use a company device such as an iPad. Failing that, you can use a printed backup copy.

How do I add/remove a branch location?

Question 7

Is it possible to display different dishes in different locations?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. For example, if you have 3 locations: Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield and the menu is slightly different in each, you can select which locations have which dish. Our software is flexible and works well for chains

My venue has changed name - how do I change it on Dietary Menu?

Is it possible to change my business logo or disclaimer?

Absolutely. Just get in touch and we will change it for you.

Question 10

How Do Payments work?

Accepted Answer

After you set up your menu, we'll send you a link to choose how you wish to pay. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Revolut Pay or Direct Debit (Recommended). We'll then automatically debit your payment source every month, no need to do anything. We'll send you a renewal receipt so you can reclaim VAT.

Question 11

How do I switch between plans?

Contact us and we can organise the setup and change your plan. If you are downgrading, the change will go into effect at the end of your billing period. If you're upgrading, we can either change your plan immediately or at the end of your billing period. If you decide to switch straight away, we'll credit the remaining period you have left on your existing plan.

How can I cancel?

Just get in touch with us at support@dietarymenu.com (support@dietarymenu.com)and we'll process it for you. You will still have access to our software until the end of your billing period. If you're on our free trial, we won't bill you and will deactivate your account.
